    Hey nice to meet you. Just wanted to welcome you to the MDRF Friends of Faire group. We have current members that have been transplanted to Cali and members that used to be big Cali Faire fans. The MDRF does not sanction any outside groups at all, but with the incredible numbers that flood the gates, there are plenty of groups of like minded rennies.

    Hey there! If you're looking to get involved with the local IWG Chapter, Local 42 (serving MDRF and VARF), you can send a note to the Yahoo Group (groups.yahoo.com/group/MD...) letting them know your IWG # and that you're a transplant.

    There are two groups calling themselves Friends in relation to MDRF, but please note as of right now NEITHER has been sanctioned by MDRF management and therefore, gets you no MDRF benefits of joining (such as parking, reduced rates, food vouchers, or the like).
